Shipping

We are not liable for the refund or re-shipment of packages in the following scenarios:

  • - Packages held or returned due to an incorrect address or being undeliverable.
  • - Shipments lost by your local post office or carrier at any stage of the shipping process.
  • - Shipments stolen at any point during the shipping process.

What happens if my package arrived damaged?
If any damage occurs to your Retail Products package upon arrival please contact us within 7 days with a photo of the damage for us to review alongside a copy of the shipping receipt. Upon approval we will cover the cost of shipping the new product to you.

Returns & Cancellations

All AS Fine Art pieces are custom-made therefor we are unable to offer returns or exchanges.

Is there an option to exchange my Limited Edition artwork for a different photograph?
Each AS Fine Art Limited Edition is produced to order therefor we can not make changes once your order is placed.

Can I cancel my Limited Edition artwork?

Once a work is purchased production begins immediately and shipment follows as soon as production is complete. All artworks are custom orders therefore cannot be modified, cancelled, returned, or refunded.
